The skill build itself, We can only add a thumb up for what commander posted. One more thing tho, as you will level(Requiem Lant), the gloves from the armor sets give a nice bonus to attack speed, and this bonus gets higher and higher with the level of the armors, so you can use just like 4 points on Quick Attack if you plan to use swords.
Our preference were to max Shield Strike and not to get any points into taunt or taunting cry skills. We might get to need the taunts, but it a cheap bastard with points. since you mostly solo-grinding, it doesnt need to waste any points.
At last, dont use a 2h weapon after level 50, when you change job to commander. The dmg bonus from One handed weapon mastery + DNA makes using two handed weapons absolete less dmg and slow attack (or waste a lot of skill points on Quick Attack to make it faster) and you dont have the extra block bonus from shield. you cant use Shield strike, nor Face strike.
Artur230 : If you get to level(requiem powerleveling) 65, gloves at that level give -7% speed boost which will take off at least 0.1 sec of bludgeon, level 6 quick attack will be enough for bludgeon. So dont level it up more 1 point wasted is not the end of the world.
